I don't know if I'm correct in this assertion, but I'm kind of the opinion that as Texas junior linebacker Anthony Hill was showing out with one of the top linebacker performances in the history of the combine, he's become a little bit under-appreciated a by Texas fans. Maybe it's because of the presence of Colin Simmons' emergence. Maybe it's the fact that he was better as a sophomore than as a junior. Maybe its because he didn't get grandfathered into national awards ceremonies the way an inferior Danny Stutsman was elevated by the Butkus committee in 2024.
