National Signing Day for Texas Baseball is here and the Longhorns have put together another ELITE class, filled with talent across the diamond. After securing a Top 2 class in the nation in 2025, the Longhorns currently have the number 3 class in the nation behind Vanderbilt and LSU. The MLB Draft will still play a major factor in determining who from the 20 man class actually makes it to campus, but the Horns secured signatures from every member of the class very early on National Signing Day giving the Texas staff a reason to celebrate.
2026 Class Breakdown
The 20 man class consists of six RHP, five LHP, two catchers, one pure outfielder, and six infielders. Twelve of the twenty signees hail from the great state of Texas. The Longhorns also landed two players from Kansas and then a single signee from Tennessee, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Georgia, California, and Louisiana. This spread showcases the recruiting pull of the Longhorn brand and that the Horns are willing to go anywhere in the nation to land the best talent.
