At 6-foot-3, Lewis earned All-West Coast Conference First Team this past season while shooting 88% from the charity stripe. Lewis had the second-best offensive grade with the Gaels last season, posting a 2.8 offensive box plus-minus, and had the second-highest usage rate at Saint Mary’s last season as well.

With his commitment, Texas secures a perimeter guard who forces defenses to respect the Longhorns from beyond the arc, all while adding quality experience to the guard position. Lewis is a piece that can give quality minutes for the Longhorns next season. He is the fifth addition from the transfer portal for Sean Miller this offseason.
